Our Scottish Saga reaches its penultimate instalment as the autumn sees the end of the cereal harvest and the beginning of the ploughing season plus the sowing of winter cereals crops. There is a huge range of combine harvesters seen at work, including modern and classic machines, as well as several balers dealing with the straw, but we also visit forage harvesters at work on grss silage and the harvesting of peas and beans. Our host Andrew, also filmed at several working events over the years and we see some of the highlights as vintage and classic tractors get to work with ploughs and other implements.
