The third installment in our series looking at the modern tractor takes us out of the factory and the technical stuff, to take a look at the modern tractor in its natural surroundings - out in the fields! Thats not to say that all the latest up to date information is not inlcuded as we look at machines from all the major manufacturers and the various sophisticated features that make them tick, but we look at those features in the setting of working machines out on farms and working with contractors in various parts of the UK. For example, we see the machine sused by a large dairy farmer in Sussex, a contractor in Norfolk and Suffolk, plus farmers both big and small as well as various working demonstrations from Lincolnshire to Kent. The first few weeks in the life of a brand new Valtra T202 is also included plus a special feature looking at the very successful John Deere 7530 model as it makes way for the new 7R Series machines. It took three years to film this programme and the end result is a true tribute to the Modern Tractor of today!
