Running a farm can be hard work at the best of times but doing virtually everything yourself when you are past the age of retirement, is even more remarkable! In this DVD programme we chart a year on a Suffolk farm run by John Want, a man who has spent his entire life looking after these same 300 or so acres. To help him do so he relies on a pristine fleet of classic and modern Ford and New Holland tractors along with all the kit to go with them. We see all this machinery in action as we follow John thorugh the seasons; and he even finds time to look after a herd of beef cattle. Despite the hard work involved he "can't wait to get started in the morning"!
